How it Works
Simply Suite's mission is to provide couples with beautiful printables that are easy to use and affordable. Here are our two most popular products and how they work.
DIY PRINTABLE TEMPLATES
Our printable templates are available for instant download, upon purchase. Each template is editable in Acrobat Reader and all useable fonts and colors are embedded in the PDF. Simply open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader and update the highlighted text fields.
Our semi-custom printables are customized, print-ready files, emailed to you with your information and colors in place. They are not templates, and they are not editable. All edits are made by a professional graphic designer with years of design and printing experience.
How-to Edit Your Template:
Once you've downloaded your file(s), follow these three simple steps to edit your Simply Suite template.
Open in Acrobat Reader dc
Find the PDF template in your 'Downloads' folder. Right-click and open the template in 'Adobe Acrobat Reader DC'. Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat. You can download Acrobat for free at: get.adobe.com/reader
Type in the Fields
Simply click and type to edit the highlighted text fields on the PDF template. Each template is pre-populated as a guide. Also! No font downloads needed. All useable fonts are embedded in the PDF.
Save & Print
Once you have all of your text entered in the template's fields. Save your file by clicking the disc or 'save' icon in the top left. You can also save your file by clicking 'File' > 'Save As' and then entering your preferred saved file's name and location. Once saved, it's ready to print. See below for our printing guide.
Where to Print:
These are our top three, favorite ways to print Simply Suite templates.
With a Local Print Shop
A great way to print your Simply Suite printable is with a local printer. Many local printers will even print AND trim for you, which is perfect for our multi-print (Two-Up) templates. Local independent shops are great, but your neighborhood Kinkos, Staples or Office Depot will also do the trick. We recommend printing on the heavy-weight cardstock.
With an Online Printer
While local Print Shops are great for rush orders and instant gratification, Online Printers certainly take the lead when it comes to ease. There are a variety of options out there, including 4by6.com, Moo.com, overnightprints.com, and many more! Online printers will almost always require one design per page, so be sure to use the One-Up template in your download.
Printing at home is another great option for bringing our designs to life. It is important to remember, though, the cost of ink, paper and tools when selecting this option. Also, make sure your print settings are set to print at 'Actual Size' or 100%. We're putting together a tutorial for the blog on this soon, so stay tuned!
